What a day for Nolly Wood. It is happening today in London Leicster Square 8pm, the Premiere of Mirror boy. a Nolly Wood master piece starring your beloved Genevieve Nnaji, Osita Iheme, Fatima Jabbe. directed by Obi Emelonye and produce by The Nolly Wood factory called OH Films.

The Mirror Boy is an amazing story refeclting an encrable journey of life in Gambia through the eyes of a London born twelve year old called Tijani.

ABOUT ZAFAA

The Annual African Films Festival and Academy Awards were conceived out of a plethora of factors.

 These are as follows:

a)    That many hardworking Africans’ who have been in the acting profession over the years have never been rewarded deservingly for the time, energy and their own resource spent in projecting the Film Industry in Africa to receive international acclaim.

b)    That based on the above, a befitting ceremony be held no where than in the UK to reward these gallant sons and daughters.

  

c)    That many African Film makers have the urge to further their career through refresher courses with world renowned institutions which tends to be very expensive. Prior to expose that innate desire in them, a similitude of a course be held alongside the awards to get them in league with new trends within the film industry to be run by world renowned tutors and actors, majority of whom are resources person in acting schools in the US and UK.

d)    That organizing this event will also expose African Films on a higher scale to the international market.
